End User License Agreement (EULA)
for Crypto Outils (Dé)Chiffrement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Crypto Outils (Dé)Chiffrement (“Application”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the Application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using Crypto Outils (Dé)Chiffrement, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Scope of License
This license is a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use Crypto Outils (Dé)Chiffrement on any Apple-branded device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and this EULA.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify the Application.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Application.
2. Subscription and Payment
Crypto Outils (Dé)Chiffrement may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide premium features or additional content.
By subscribing, you agree that:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription.
3. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected and managed.

You agree that technical or usage data may be collected to ensure proper functioning of the Application.
4. Security and Encryption Disclaimer
Crypto Outils (Dé)Chiffrement provides cryptographic tools for encryption and decryption.
You acknowledge that:
- The Application is intended for lawful and personal use only.
- We do not guarantee the strength, suitability, or reliability of cryptographic outputs for professional or high-security needs.
- You are solely responsible for any content processed through the Application.
We are not liable for data loss, security breaches, or misuse resulting from use of the Application.
5. Maintenance and Support
Support for the Application is provided exclusively by us.
Apple has no obligation to maintain or support the Application.

6. Liability
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
- Damages caused by misuse of encryption tools
- Data loss
- Device or software issues
- Inability to access the Application
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the subscription during the last 12 months, if any.
Apple is not responsible for:
- Product liability
- Legal compliance
- Consumer protection claims
- Intellectual property issues related to the Application
7. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or us.
You may terminate it by deleting the Application.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate the Agreement.
Upon termination:
- All rights granted to you end immediately.
- You must stop using and uninstall the Application.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence, except where overridden by applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on third-party services.
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for failures or data handling by third-party providers.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
